General Business BBL Deadlines for District Businesses
The DC Department of Consumer & Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) will begin accepting applications for the General Business License on November 3, 2008. To ensure your application is processed as quickly as possible, there will be rolling deadlines based on your billing address zip code.
Any business that does not submit a complete license application by the deadline assigned to your business may be subject to a $2,000 fine and additional penalties and fees.
