DCRA’s Homeowners Center is located in Suite 2102 at 941 North Capitol Street, NE. The Homeowners Center serves District homeowners by appointment and by walk-in.

We're open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:15 pm and Thursdays from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.
