DCRA is pleased to showcase some of the latest successes in the quest to end the problem of vacant and abandoned properties in the District. Below are several before and after photos of properties that were once classified as vacant by the Vacant Property Unit. The photos show the state of disrepair the properties were in before the owners were notified by DCRA of their classification.
