| Stabilizing 1841 16th Street, NW
Recently, the Department of Consumer & Regulatory Affairs announced that it would hire contractors to stabilize, rather than raze, the property at 1841 16th Street, NW. The historic home, which dates back to 1890, is under-going some heavy cosmetic repairs to make it safer as a standing structure here in the District. Below are photos captured of the progress being made on the property on 7/13 and 7/14 2009. Check back often for updates!
