Boiler Inspections
All Boilers and Unfired Pressure Vessels in the District of Columbia shall be inspected annually. The annual inspections are conducted by D.C. Boiler Inspectors or by Boiler Insurance Companies licensed by the District of Columbia. Read more about Boiler Inspections.

How to Request a Residential Inspection Online
To request a residential inspection online please send an email to: DCRA Residential Inspection Scheduling UnitTo help DCRA respond to your request as quickly as possible, please include:
  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Address and Unit Number (if applicable)
  • Brief Description of the Problem
