Business Corporation Services Limited Partnership Services General Partnership Services Service of Process Filings

 

Division’s services include but are not limited to:

Corporate Registration is typically the first step in starting a new business and should be completed before seeking any business licenses.

 

 

 

The division administers the following acts of the District of Columbia Code:
