NEW DCRA Services

Dispatch, DCRA’s Inspections-On-Demand System, Launches

Dispatch, DCRA’s inspections-on-demand system, was designed with customers in mind, to give up-to-the-minute updates on inspection requests. Now, when a customer submits a request for an inspection using the inspection request forms available on dcra.dc.gov, an inspection is automatically scheduled, and Dispatch will push notifications to a customer until the service is complete.
