Welcome Back DCRAA short message from DCRA Director Ernest Chrappah

With our efforts of ensuring doing business with DCRA is #SafeandSimpleDC, we will open at 9:30am on December 7th and 10:30am on December 8th to conduct a staff-wide training on our new online appointment scheduling system. The agency will resume normal business hours on December 9th at 8:30am.
As a reminder, many agency services are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week on the DCRA website.
