All subdivisions and condominiums intended for recordation by the DC Surveyor must be received before the close of the current Half Tax Year Period ending March 31, 2021 on or before March 26, 2021. Documents must be submitted at the correct scale and with all required signatures to including, property trusts by close of business (4:30 pm Friday 3/26/2021). Initial or preliminary submissions will be accepted at this time but will not be recorded prior to the end of the fiscal year (taxes will need to be updated).
Any new final submissions on or after March 26, 2021 must show taxes paid through September 30, 2021 and be signed to verify as much by the Office of Tax and Revenue (MyTax.dc.gov). To submit subdivisions, use this link: Recording Request). To submit condominiums, use this link: Condo Intake Form.
Requests for Condominium Book and Page can be submitted at any time and new subdivision applications can be submitted per the usual method and will be uninterrupted.
