Ward-Based Account Managers

As part of DCRA’s continued focus on better servicing the District’s residents and businesses, we have added to our team of account managers, providing each ward with a single, dedicated contact.Regardless of the topic, our account managers are ready to assist you with any of the escalated issues that fall under our agency’s purview.

Please note that the fastest and most effective way to bring an issue to our attention is to submit it via our customer relationship management system. Issues submitted in this way are routed to the appropriate DCRA staff member and tracked to ensure a timely completion. To do this, simply email dcra@dc.gov, fill out our online intake form, call (202) 442-4400, or use the chat feature on our website during normal business hours. To report illegal construction or a vacant property, please submit your request via 311.

After submitting an issue, should additional follow-up be needed, please feel free to reach out to the account manager who covers the ward where the issue originated.
