Quick Facts

Finding the right record can be a long process in some cases. Below you will find quick facts about the DCRA Records Management Division.

Requesting a Certificate of Occupancy
Requesting copies of issued Certificates of Occupancy can be made with DCRA directly. The cost will be $20.00 for a Certified Copy and $7.00 for a standard copy.

Building Plans from 1995 - 1998
For those who are looking for Building Plans from 1995-1998. DCRA does not have Building Plans from the years 1995-1998.

Records For Years 1963 – 2011
Records between 1963 – 2011 can be requested from DCRA, however please note, they are housed offsite and can take additional retrieval time.
